1 Killed, 2 Injured In 2-Car Crash Near Perris

PERRIS, CA — One person was killed and two others injured Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in the unincorporated Nuevo area of Riverside County near Perris.

The crash occurred on Nuevo Road at Pico Avenue at 12:25 a.m. and one of the vehicles overturned with two people inside, according to the California Highway Patrol.

One person was confirmed dead at the scene. Two other people were taken to a hospital, one in serious condition, one with moderate injuries, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
