Investigation Continues After Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Wildomar
Drugs and/or alcohol are not suspected as crash factors, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station reported.
WILDOMAR, CA — The Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station on Monday was continuing to investigate a fatal weekend crash that left a pedestrian dead in Wildomar.
The crash that was reported at 7:33 a.m. Saturday in the area of Sedco Boulevard and Mission Trail. When deputies arrived at the crash scene, they found an injured male in the road.
The victim was sent to an area hospital, where he died. The victim's identity was not released as of Monday morning.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation, according to the station.
