1 Person Seriously Injured In Bundy Canyon Road Crash

WILDOMAR, CA — An early morning two-vehicle crash Thursday in Wildomar left one person trapped in the wreckage with serious injuries, according to fire officials.

The crash was reported at 5:37 a.m. at Bundy Canyon Road at Chico Hills Road.

The trapped victim was extricated and transported to a local hospital by ground ambulance, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department. An update on the person's condition was unavailable.

Another person with minor injuries was also sent to a local hospital by ground ambulance, the fire department reported.

Bundy Canyon Road between The Farm Road and Chino Hills Road was closed during the crash investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. There was no update on the crash cause.
