152-Unit Apartment Complex Planned Near Lakeside High School
Dubbed the Lake Pointe Apartments, the project is targeted for 8.27 acres along Riverside Drive.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Plans to develop an apartment complex near Lakeside High School are once again up for consideration.
On Tuesday, the Lake Elsinore Planning Commission will decide whether to OK a planning application from Murrieta-based Legacy Financial Group for the 152-unit complex on 8.27 acres on the west side of Riverside Drive, north of Grand Avenue and southwest of Eisenhower Drive, adjacent to the school.
Dubbed the Lake Pointe Apartments, the proposed complex would consist of nine housing buildings, two to three stories tall, as well as a clubhouse and a maintenance building. The apartment units would feature one to three bedrooms. The complex's proposed architectural style would be "Spanish Monterey," according to city documents.
