Andy Dick Arrested In Lake Elsinore On Public Intoxication Charge
The comedian was also arrested on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, the sheriff's office said.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Comedian Andy Dick was back behind bars early Friday when deputies responded to a report in Lake Elsinore of an intoxicated person who was possibly under the influence of narcotics.
When deputies got to the 15700 block of Grand Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Friday, they found Andy Dick, 57, of Hemet, displaying signs of being under the influence of alcohol, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station said.
Dick was arrested without incident. As deputies did a routine record check, it was determined that Dick was a registered sex offender who was not up to date on his registration.

Dick was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center near Murrieta on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol in public and failing to register as a sex offender.
According to jail records, Dick was arrested at O'hara's bar in Lake Elsinore.

He was released from custody Friday on $5,000 bail and is due in court May 5.
In November, Dick was sentenced to 90 days in Los Angeles County jail after a jury found him guilty of groping an Uber driver in 2018 in West Hollywood, the Los Angeles Times reported. He was also sentenced to probation and was ordered to register as a sex offender upon his release from jail.
In 2011, Dick was arrested at Marie Callender's on Rancho California Road in Temecula on suspicion of public intoxication. He was also arrested in Murrieta on suspicion of pulling off a 17-year-old girl's shirt while drunk in 2008.
