Coroner IDs Woman Killed On 91 Freeway Onramp

RIVERSIDE, CA — A pedestrian, who was struck and killed this week by a motorist on the Tyler Street onramp to eastbound state Route 91 in Riverside, was identified Wednesday by the coroner's office.

Patricia Grady, 44, of Riverside was hit just before 8:15 p.m. Monday and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A SigAlert was issued and remained in effect late into the night. In addition to the onramp, the freeway's #3 lane was closed.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
