Crews Extinguish Riverside House Fire
Occupants evacuated the burning house, officials said.
RIVERSIDE, CA — It took 16 firefighters 10 minutes to put out flames in a Riverside house Saturday.
The fire was reported at 7:20 p.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of Paden Street, according to Riverside Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Allen.
Moderate smoke was showing from the single-story house and firefighters made an aggressive attack, Allen said.

Occupants evacuated the burning house and no injuries were reported, he said.
The flames were out at 7:30 p.m., Allen said. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
