Earthquake Rattles Inland Empire: Did You Feel It?

The Oct. 1 earthquake was reported shortly before 1 p.m.

EASTVALE, CA— A magnitude 3.5 earthquake struck with an epicenter near Eastvale in Riverside County on Tuesday, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The temblor was reported shortly before 1 p.m. and was initially reported as a 3.9 magnitude seismic event.

According to initial reports, the quake rattled residents across the Inland Empire, from Riverside to both Orange County and Northern San Diego County.
