LAKE ELSINORE, CA -- A fire was reported Saturday morning off of Interstate 15 near Lake Elsinore. The fire was reported around 10 a.m., according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
A spokeswoman with the fire department said the blaze was about an acre. Around 11 a.m., two helicopters were seen making fire retardant drops on the fire.
As of 11:20 a.m., the fire was extinguished, according to the fire department.
