Grand Theft At Lake Elsinore Retailer Tied To 2 Juveniles, LA Man: RSO
The trio was corraled after being spotted in a getaway vehicle heading north on Interstate 15 in the Temescal Valley area.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A 34-year-old man and two teenagers were taken into custody this week in connection with a retail store theft in Lake Elsinore.
Delvin Bell and two 16-year-olds, all Los Angeles residents, were arrested Tuesday afternoon after being spotted in a getaway vehicle heading north on Interstate 15 in the Temescal Valley area, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The trio was sought following a retail store theft in the 18000 block of Collier Avenue. Just before 3 p.m. Tuesday, the suspects went into the store carrying large bags and stole "high-end merchandise," the department reported.

The suspects fled in a red Hyundai Elantra, which was sighted on the freeway by deputies from the Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station. Deputies pulled over the vehicle and found Bell behind the wheel with his two teen passengers.
Over $7,700 worth of merchandise was recovered from Bell’s car, including items from the Lake Elsinore heist and a theft that had occurred in Eastvale earlier Tuesday, according to the sheriff's department.

Bell was booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of grand theft, organized retail theft, and felony child endangerment. The teens were booked into Juvenile Hall for grand theft and organized retail theft, the department reported.
