Would you like to see more trees in Lake Elsinore? What about more walking and biking paths? The city wants to hear from you.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The city of Lake Elsinore is encouraging residents to help develop a climate plan for the community.
The Climate Action and Adaptation Plan aims to reduce climate-warming emissions and create a healthier environment for residents.
Residents can get involved by taking a survey and sharing thoughts about how the city can create a greener, healthier and more sustainable city.

"Your voice matters in shaping a plan that benefits you, your neighbors, and our entire community," the city said in a social media callout this week.

The survey asks community members what they would like to see more of in Lake Elsinore, whether that's reduced energy costs, more green jobs, better walking and biking options, more trees, improved public transportation, enhanced community education on environmental issues or all of the above.
