Injured Hiker Rescued On Trail Near Temescal Valley
A sheriff's rescue helicopter airlifted the patient to an awaiting ambulance.
TEMESCAL VALLEY, CA — A hiker was rescued from a trail near Temescal Valley Saturday, the Riverside County Fire Department announced.
Firefighters from the RCFD and the Corona Fire Department responded to a report of a person with a lower extremity injury at the Main Divide Truck Trail on Saturday morning.
The Corona FD was able to use a utility terrain vehicle to reach the patient, and a sheriff's rescue helicopter airlifted the patient to an awaiting ambulance.
