Lake Elsinore Man Arrested After Woman Found Dead East Of Temecula
David Douglas, 44, was taken into custody Sunday in connection with the death of 28-year-old Autumn Wilkins.

SAGE, CA — A Lake Elsinore man was arrested in connection with the death of a 28-year-old woman in Sage, authorities said Monday.
David Douglas, 44, was located at a business on Florida Avenue and Buena Vista Street in Hemet at about 2:40 p.m. Sunday, according to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Ben Ramirez. Douglas was arrested for suspicion of murder and attempted murder and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Facility in Murrieta.
Deputies were dispatched at about 5 p.m. Saturday to a residence in the 42200 block of Alexander Drive on a report of a deceased woman, Ramirez said. They found Autumn Wilkins of Sage dead with traumatic injuries.
