Lake Elsinore Spotlights 67-Year-Old Skydiving Business
Skydive Elsinore is described as a "must-visit" for thrill-seekers and first-time jumpers alike.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The city of Lake Elsinore is putting the spotlight on a skydiving business that has given thrill-seekers a run for their money since 1958.
Skydive Elsinore, a locally owned establishment, was the city's May 2025 Business in Action Spotlight, a program that is a part of the Economic Department's Building Better Businesses program, the city announced this week.
The business is North America's longest-running skydiving operation, according to the city. Earning a 4.9 rating on Google, it has 1,700 reviews and has become a major tourist attraction in Lake Elsinore.

Skydive Elsinore is described as the perfect match for daredevils and first-time skydivers alike. Jumps feature breathtaking views of Lake Elsinore, Southern California's largest freshwater recreational lake, the Ortega Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean.

Owners Josh Hall and Karl Gulledge have also been an integral part of the community by participating in local events like the Special Olympics, the Fire Fighter Demolition Derby, and Soul Survivor and Make a Wish activities. The pair have also supported charities and non-profits like Cops for Kids, the Riverside Sheriff Association, Animal Friends of the Valley, the Dana Point 5th Marines, the Supreme Soldier Foundation, the Foundation for Senior Care, and Austin Charters Special Needs.
"Their commitment to customer service, safety and giving back is truly inspiring and exemplifies the values of a thriving local business and there is no doubt why Skydive Elsinore was selected as this month’s spotlight," the city said in its release.
At the May 28 City Council meeting, Mayor Brian Tisdale thanked Skydive Elsinore for everything they have done for the community.
