At Least 1 Person Killed In I-15 Crash At Cajalco Road: SigAlert
The crash was reported on the southbound side of the freeway.
CORONA, CA — A SigAlert was in effect Thursday afternoon on southbound Interstate 15 at Cajalco Road in Corona due to a fatal crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 12:41 p.m. at Cajalco Road. The SigAlert was issued just after 1 p.m. for the Cajalco Road offramp, which was completely closed.
At least one person died at the scene, and the coroner was expected to arrive at the crash site before 2 p.m.

It's unclear how many vehicles were involved and how many other people were possibly injured. Caltrans camera footage shows a damaged white pickup truck.
According to the CHP, the Cajalco Road offramp will be closed for an unknown duration. The agency was investigating the crash cause.

A sweeper was requested to clear debris "kicked up" onto the offramp, according to the CHP.
