Man Found Dead In Riverside County Field, East Of Lake Elsinore

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Little information has been released about 45-year-old Gregory Goodman of Homeland — other than he was found dead in a Homeland field.

On Saturday, the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau released his identity, but how he died and when remain under investigation.

Goodman's body was found in an open field along Juniper Flats Road, about a half mile north of Oak Valley Drive, according to the coroner's report.

The California Highway Patrol is named as the lead investigative agency. A request for comment was not immediately returned.
