RivCo Man Admits To Sexually Assaulting 2 Teens In Lake Elsinore
The 21-year-old was accused of harboring and sexually assaulting one runaway teenager last year before another came forward in January.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A 21-year-old man has pleaded guilty Thursday in a case that accused him of sexually assaulting two teenage girls in Lake Elsinore.
Emilio Esteban Ronquillo, a Riverside resident, admitted to oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 in exchange for a plea deal. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 22, 2025, and could face four years in prison, according to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.
Ronquillo was arrested on Friday, Feb. 16, by Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station deputies. He was booked at the time on suspicion of multiple felony sexual assault charges with a minor and committing a felony while out on bail, according to the sheriff's department.

A warrant for his arrest was issued after a teen came forward in January and accused Ronquillo of sexually assaulting her.
Months before, a separate investigation was underway in December when Lake Elsinore deputies received reports of a runaway juvenile.

Ronquillo, 20 at the time, was accused of harboring the minor for two days before returning the teen home. He was arrested and charged with two counts of oral copulation with a child under 18 and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded not guilty to all last year.
Ronquillo remains free on a $30,000 bond.
