CORONA, CA — Crews were still working Wednesday to remove a tractor-trailer that overturned on the Riverside (91) Freeway at the western edge of Corona, damaging another vehicle and prompting the closure of fast-track lanes.
The crash was reported at 11:45 a.m. on the westbound 91 near Green River Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The agency said the big rig went over during a crash with a car, though no other details were immediately available.

The trucker was not injured, nor was the sedan driver, according to reports.
CHP officers shut down all fast-track lanes at the location and the fast lane on the main line portion of westbound 91.

As of 1 p.m., officers were still working to remove the rig. Lane closures were expected to be lifted around 2 p.m.
Traffic was heavy on both sides of the freeway.
The CHP is investigating the crash cause. There were no immediate reports of arrests.
