By Martin Henderson With much less pomp and a whole lot fewer marching bands, residents of Lake Forest provided landlubbers with a boat parade on Thursday.  Getting underway three hours after the scheduled start of the big Fourth of July Parade, the boat parade on the lake at Lake Forest I was much more peaceful, but no less patriotic as boats were dressed to the nines in red, white and blue dress.  TELL US IN THE COMMENTS: What was your favorite Fourth of July memory?
