Can You Believe A Planned Power Outage Tonight?
The City reports an outage is planned sometime between a 12-hour period beginning at 8 p.m.

One day after Lake Forest residents were hit with a blackout, they can expect power to be down again sometime Thursday night or Friday morning.
According to the city's website, Southern California Edison will have a planned power outage Sometime between Thursday, 8 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.
SCE will be performing maintenance upgrades at the corner of El Toro and Muirlands.
This work comes after 3,167 customers in parts of Lake Forest and Mission Viejo lost power unexpectedly on Wednesday evening. The lights went out over a wide area at 6:21 p.m., because of an underground equipment failure. All but 13 customers in a single apartment complex on El Toro Road had power restored by 8:40 p.m.
The planned outage is another in a string of power outages for Lake Forest customers in May. An outage occurred on May 8 when a power pole at the corner of El Toro and Trabuco snapped. Although most had power restored, the primary distraction over that incident was the loss of the busy intersection for nearly two two days while repairs were being conducted.
