Lake Forest Arrests, March 30-April 4
Those who were arrested in Lake Forest, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Pedestrian check, Thursday, 1018 p.m., 23100 Lake Center Drive. Betsy Rose Walsh, 24, is being held at Central Jail for $75,000 bail. She was taken into custody following a pedestrian check and it was discovered she had an outstanding warrant. In November, 2012, she was allegedly in violation of attempting to bring or send a controlled substance into a jail or prison.

Assist outside agency, Thursday, 6:56 p.m., 23200 block of Saguaro. Hamilton Wilfridosa Fuentes, 22, is in custody in Central Jail. He was taken into custody after the Orange County Sheriff's Department was called to assist a woman in social services who was checking on the welfare of a 14-year-old victim.
Traffic stop, Thursday, 8:52 a.m., El Toro Road and 2nd Street. Emetrio Ortiz Guzman, 29, is in custody at the Musick Facility; he was taken into custody after a traffic stop and it was learned he had an outstanding warrant.

Petty theft report, Thursday, 8:09 a.m., 23300 block of El Toro Road. Gladys Rodriguez, 24, was released on her own recognizance from the Women's Intake Release Center. She was taken into custody after a woman reported an employee had been stealing prescription pads.
Disturbance, Thursday, 1:03 a.m., 23100 block of Los Alisos. Graciela Zamora de Urbina, 35, posted bail and was released from Central Women's Jail. She was taken into custody following her call to OCSD claiming to be in a verbal argument with her husband at the Saddleback Ranch Apartments; she said he pushed her and was trying to take the phone away. She refused medical attention and told the 9-1-1 operator she wanted her husband to leave.
Follow-up report, Wednesday, 6:58 p.m., 19000 Black Canyon Circle. Brandon Joseph Dillard, 21, is in custody at Central Men's Jail. He had been on probation for second degree burglary less than a year ago.
Pedestrian check, Wednesday, 4:10 p.m., at Bendricon and Packer. Josue Morales, 21, posted bail and was released from the Intake Release Center. No further information was available.
Suspicious person in vehicle, Wednesday, 12:22 a.m., at Portola and Saddleback. Danny Joe Truax, 61, was released on his own recognizance. He pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and has been sentenced to 18 months in a diversion program.
Assist outside agency, Tuesday, 9:59 p.m., 23800 block of Gates Street. Charles Omar Muhtadi, 22, is in custody in the Central Men's Jail. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Traffic stop, Tuesday, 2:34 a.m., Costa Bella and Partido. Blake Laroque Tittle, 22, is in custody at the Theo Lacy Facility. He was taken into custody following a traffic stop at Costa Bell and Partido on Tuesday, 2:34 a.m.
Traffic stop, Monday, 7:12 a.m., Lake Forest and Trabuco. Royce Daniel Hill, 35, posted bail and was released from the Men’s Intake Release Center. He was taken into custody following a traffic stop.
Traffic Stop, Sunday, 8:26 p.m., La Vaca and Bunbury. Armando Rios, 32, posted bail and was released from the Men’s Intake Release Center. He was taken into custody following a traffic stop.
Traffic stop, Sunday, 1:59 a.m., Lake Forest and Jeronimo. Sarah Lenna Awad, 27, posted bail and was released from the Women’s Intake Release Center. She was taken into custody following a traffic stop.
Disturbance, Saturday, March 30, 22700 block of Lake Forest Drive. Trino James Reynoso, 33, posted bail and was released from the Central Men’s Jail. A woman called OCSD and reported a man and woman were arguing; the operator heard the sounds of the man pulling the phone away from the female, and the female yelling to stop it.
Disturbance-family dispute, Saturday, 1:49 p.m., 23100 block of Los Alisos. Shannon Maureen Wilkinson, 45, posted bail and was released from the Women’s Intake Release Center. An informant called OCSD to report a man and woman arguing, and thought the man had a restraining order against the woman. It was discovered there was a warrant for Wilkinson stemming from a second-degree burglary charge in December.
Disturbance, Saturday, 5:22 a.m., 21100 block of Canada. Zuleyma Almanza Lazaro, 22, was released from the Women’s Intake Release Center following a disturbance at a residence. A caller reported his wife was drunk and being physically abusive to the point the man locked himself and 9-month-old child in the bedroom. The caller told authorities the woman was trying to break the door down, and was armed with a knife and was cutting herself at the door. Deputies detained Lazaro and paramedics were called to treat her for cuts to the wrist.
Suspicious persons, Saturday, 4:26 a.m., 25500 block of Toledo. Taylor Blake Elam, 26, was cited and released by Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputies. According to a caller, a man appeared to be drunk and was trying to get into her car. Deputies conducted a field sobriety test. According to Orange County court records, Elam has been charged with several alcohol-related offenses dating back to 2005 when he first pleaded guilty to a driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08.
