Lake Forest Council To Consider Raise For City Manager

LAKE FOREST, CA — City officials will discuss a potential 5.5 percent salary increase for Lake Forest's city manager during Tuesday's council meeting.

The proposed increase would see Debra D. Rose's base salary go from $251,358 to $265,181.63, according to a city staff report. Rose has served as the city manager since 2017 and had a starting salary of $230,000.

Rose's "positive evaluation" merited the proposed raise, the city staff report said.
