IRVINE, CA — A 59-year-old man was charged Thursday with multiple sexual assaults on two teenage girls he is related to in Irvine.Richard Michael Lemacks was charged with seven counts of lewd acts on a child 14 or 15, two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14, four counts of forcible oral copulation on a child younger than 14, and two counts of sexual penetration of a child older than 14 by foreign object and by force, all felonies. The dates of the alleged offenses were in January and June.Lemacks did not enter a plea at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana on Thursday. His arraignment was rescheduled for July 24 in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
