Trabuco Electrical Work: Another 2 Weeks
Southern California Edison does not expect to complete the job right away even though it is in its final stages.

Traffic has been anything but convenient on Trabuco Road between El Toro and Rimhurst—essentially the area next to the Stater Bros. shopping center.
According to the City of Lake Forest, Southern California Edison continues to replace equipment along the block.
Though it's said to be in its final stages, work isn't expected to be completed until the second week of July.
The area has been ripe with negative activity over the past month. A power pole snapped at the corner of Trabuco and El Toro, shutting down the well-traveled intersection for two days.
Worse, an explosion in an underground vault near Rimhurst burned two men, one on the face and the other on the back. Those accidents contributed to part of several losses in electrical service in the area—about seven in a month's span.
