Zuber, a member of the 2023 senior class that is graduating Friday, led her Acalanes High School soccer team. She set the school record for most goals and assists, and helped lead the Dons to a state championship her freshman year and to the championship game her junior year. She will continue her soccer career this fall at Central Washington University.

"I am proud to recognize Tatum with our inaugural Parity Leadership Award, honoring an outstanding woman athlete who has demonstrated leadership on her team and in the community, with a particular focus on creating an environment of inclusion and equity," said Bill Shelton, who co-founded Parity and funded the inaugural leadership award.
