Alta Vista Closed In Orinda, Police Say

ORINDA, CA — Alta Vista was closed at Lomas Cantadas until further notice, the Orinda Police Department said late Monday afternoon.

The rural, residential road closure was announced at 4:17 p.m. Monday and there was not an ETA on when it would be reopened, police said.

It was not clear whether the road closure was weather-related or was prompted by something else.
