LAMORINDA, CA — BART cited an equipment problem as the reason for a major service delay Thursday morning between Orinda and Rockridge.

The problem was on the track between Orinda and Rockridge and caused major delays on the Antioch Line in both the SFO and Antioch directions, BART said in a service alert at 10:45 a.m.
