Bay Area Transit Riders Asked To Take Survey

The survey takes about 6 minutes to complete and asks riders about potential branding approaches to a regional system.

BAY AREA, CA — The Metropolitan Transportation Commission has commissioned the development of a single mapping and wayfinding system for use on all Bay Area Transit agencies and is asking for feedback through a short public survey.

The survey is online until July 17. It takes about 6 minutes to complete and asks riders about potential branding approaches to a regional system.

This initiative marks a major action in a continuous effort by BART and its peer agencies for greater coordination and to improve the transit rider experience, BART said.
