CVS Store Rammed With Car In Attempted ATM Theft: Police
Police are seeking three to five masked suspects who drove a stolen car through the front doors of the business.

LAFAYETTE, CA —The Lafayette Police Department is investigating an attempted ATM theft that took place early Thursday morning.
Three to five masked suspects rammed a stolen car through the front of a CVS store in the 3600 block of Mt. Diablo Blvd to try and steal the machine, Lafayette police said.
An alert delivery driver saw it happen and called 911. Officers responded just as two vehicles took off.

The stolen car was left running in the parking lot.
Officers pursued the other two cars west on state Highway 24 through the Caldecott Tunnel. As it continued into Oakland, Lafayette police terminated the chase.
