Stephanie Marrone: I am a full-time, award-winning REALTOR® representing sellers and buyers all around the S.F. East & North Bay.

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Stephanie Marrone: 4 years

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Stephanie Marrone: My passion for helping people coupled with my vast sales experience and entrepreneurial spirit makes this a dream career for me. I've always loved all aspects of real estate and once my kids "launched", I knew it was MY time to pursue my dream career. My clients tell me it's an absolute perfect fit for my personality and skill set.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Stephanie Marrone: Please trust me to guide you through the selling/buying process. Let's align our goals and stay in close communication in an effort to keep this a stress-free and mega successful transaction!

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Stephanie Marrone: I am most satisfied when I have the opportunity to work with an empty nester who is reluctant to make a change from their current living situation. I love putting them at ease by sharing my own fulfilling experience while instilling my real estate savvy into the process.

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Stephanie Marrone: My desire and experience to help empty nesters get their next chapter started is evident. My extremely satisfied clients tell me I am "like a dog to a bone" when it comes to a real estate transaction. I become hyper-focused and will do whatever it takes to help my client sell/buy their house.
