Plan For Delays, Road Closures During Bridge Maintenance Friday In Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, CA — Drivers should expect delays Friday near the Pleasant Hill Road Bridge at Taylor Boulevard, which will be closed for maintenance, according to Lafayette police.

The ramps connecting northbound and southbound Pleasant Hill Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for roadway slurry seal placement.

"Vehicles detouring from the northbound to southbound ramp will be directed north to the intersection with Camino Verde, where a U-turn can be made onto southbound Pleasant Hill Road," police said. "Vehicles detouring from the southbound to northbound ramp will be directed south to the intersection with Green Valley Drive, where a U-turn can be made onto northbound Pleasant Hill Road."
