Pleasant Hill Road Reopens In Lafayette

Power lines were down across the roadway, prompting a brief closure.

LAFAYETTE, CA — Pleasant Hill Road was briefly blocked by downed power lines Wednesday in Lafayette.

In a traffic alert issued at 9:25 a.m., the Lafayette Police Department said utility lines were down across the northbound lanes of Pleasant Hill Road at Park Lane.

Police closed northbound Pleasant Hill Road at Deerhill Road and diverted traffic to Deerhill and Stanley Boulevard.

PG&E repaired the lines and the roadway was reopened, police said in a follow-up.
