Traffic Alert: Overnight Lane Closures Underway On Hwy 24 In Orinda
Crews are repaving SR-24 overnight and will keep one lane open for the traveling public.

LAMORINDA, CA — Various lane closures were scheduled to take place on state Highway 24 near the city of Orinda starting Wednesday night, May 15.
Caltrans is repaving the highway between Acalanes Road and St. Stephens Drive. The closure was slated to start at 7 p.m. Wednesday and continue until 4 a.m. Thursday, May 16.
Earlier this week, crews repaved eastbound SR-24 between Camino Pablo and St. Stephen Drive and were scheduled to complete the road work Wednesday night and early Thursday.

Overnight, Caltrans will keep one lane open to the traveling public and will reopen additional lanes before the Thursday morning commute.
Motorists were advised to expect minor delays and allow extra travel time.
