What To Know: Run First, Gobble Later At Moraga Turkey Trot

LAMORINDA, CA — Registration for the costume-friendly Moraga Turkey Trot closes Wednesday.

The Moraga Chamber of Commerce invites residents to trot their way around the Moraga Country Club wearing their favorite zany costume, activewear or PJs pushing a pram, with a running squad, or solo.

The morning will include “unofficial” timed 5K and 1.5m races, awards for Thanksgiving-themed costumes and speediest turkey, as well as random bib-number draws with prizes donated by local businesses.

Advance registration is required in advance. But membership in the Chamber of Commerce or the Country Club is not required.
