How Did 9/11 Change Your Life?

How will you remember the 10th anniversary of one of the darkest days in our nation's history?

There are no government-sponsored memorials scheduled in the Town of Corte Madera nor the City of Larkspur for the victims of the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, but the residents clearly haven't forgotten.

American Legion Post 313 Auxiliary member Pauline Angleman and Marine Corporal Russell Otto showed their patriotism during the Twin Cities Fourth of July parade earlier this year.

The American Legion will be honoring the heroes, the victims and the survivors of the 9/11 attacks and those who have died since in combat.

The events of Sept. 11, 2001 had a huge impact on all of us. How did that day impact you, not necessarily on that day but in the 10 years since?

We'd like this to be an ongoing conversation among the neighborhood as we approach the 10th year since the attacks on the U.S.
