It's always hard going back to school ... for students and parents.
Well, did you survive the first day of school?
There was enough extra excitement, what with the police shutting down I-580 and traffic tying up Sir Francis Drake and Doherty Drive even more than usual.
Both Redwood and Marin Catholic high schools are open for business and the Larkspur-Corte Madera elementary schools open their doors Monday.
