Cooking with Courtney

Spending some time in the kitchen this week? My latest recipe (and video tutorial) for Livermore's finest home cooks: Peaches N' Cream Yogurt Loaf Cake.

You need seven ingredients (plus a pinch of salt). Honey-flavored Greek yogurt keeps this peach cake hydrated and gives it a decadent texture. This is probably my favorite baked goods recipe that I've written because it's pretty much impossible to screw up. If you give it a try, let me know what you think.

Don't forget to submit your original or family recipe to be featured on Cooking with Courtney!
