A New Outlet to Shop 'Til You Drop

City Council and redevelopment agency move forward with outlet shopping center.

The shops are coming.

City Council members Monday approved the project, eight retail buildings to be constructed over 540,000 square feet off El Charro Road near the golf course.

The shopping center, formerly known as Prime Outlets Livermore Valley, is scheduled to break ground in April. About 130 stores are expected to be open in fall 2013.
