City Unveils New Website

The City of Livermore is now a "dot net."

Well, sort of.

Officials have unveiled a new city website featuring a more streamlined URL of www.cityoflivermore.net. The new website breaks the city away from a clunky, er, former web address of "www.ci.livermore.ca.us."

But there's more.

The revamped and interactive site is focused on user engagement.

Residents can pay bills online via the new site.

What about renewing a business license? Check.

There's even a link to the Centennial Light.

Users also can customize the site to their liking in the "My Interests" section.

We can't forget about the new pictures, layout and overall feel.

But that's enough sharing of some highlights from the new site.
