About "UnCharitable"

Directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal and narrated by Dan Pallotta, "UnCharitable" is a provocative documentary that explores the significant challenges facing the nonprofit sector and the urgent need for systemic change. The film tells the stories of three impactful charities that were ultimately dismantled, using their experiences to argue for a new approach to philanthropy. With contributions from notable figures such as Steve Nardizzi, Dorri McWhorter, Scott Harrison, Edward Norton, and Darren Walker, "UnCharitable" advocates for reimagining our giving strategies to create more effective and sustainable impacts.
