Early Morning Fishing Trip In Livermore: Photos Of The Week

LIVERMORE, CA — Patch reader Glenn Stewart captured this photo of an early morning fisherman at the Old Oak Road quarry pond.

Here's what he said:

"Did you know that the best time to go fishing is in the morning. This is when fish come out to eat and are the most active. By late morning, the sun is too high. This makes fish more visible to predators, and causes the fish to go into hiding."
