Man Arrested on Burglary, Stolen Vehicle Charges
Tip leads police to stolen Jaguar and driver suspected of stealing alcohol from Target store.

A 30-year-old man from Elk Grove was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle, Sgt. Todd Madrid said.
At around 10 a.m. police received a call from a woman reporting a man driving around the parking lot and asking ladies if they wanted to get in his car.
The woman also provided police the license plate of the car, a newer model Jaguar, which came back stolen out of Marysville.
