Hubbs to Appear in Court Thursday
Further pretrial scheduled for Livermore woman accused of having sex with teens.

A Livermore woman accused of having sex with teenage boys is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Christine Hubbs' pretrial hearing had been scheduled for Feb. 2, but was pushed back after her attorney obtained more evidence during a discovery motion in January.
"We were able to receive 400 pages worth of evidence and we needed the extra time to look them over," said Michael Cardoza, Hubbs' attorney.

Hubbs, 42, has pleaded not guilty to 67 felony counts, including unlawful sex with a minor and exhibition of lewd material to a minor. She was arrested in August after police say they received information that she was engaging in sexual relations with boys younger than 15.
An investigation found that the sexual assaults took place over an almost two-year period beginning in December 2008, police said.

Authorities say the investigation found that Hubbs communicated with the teens through text messages that were inappropriate and sexual in nature.
Police said she used a cell phone to send nude images of herself to the teens.
In addition to the felony counts, Hubbs faces five unrelated misdemeanor charges.
They stem from allegations that she drove her vehicle recklessly around town while a group of boys shot pellet guns at bystanders from the passenger windows.
Hubbs is married and has three children.
She is being held at in Dublin. Bail is set at $4.3 million.
Thursday's court appearance is at 9 a.m. in Department 704 of the in Pleasanton.
