LIVERMORE, CA — Singer-songwriter Karla Bonoff, who has written songs for Linda Ronstadt, Bonnie Raitt, Wynonna Judd, and more, will perform at the Bankhead Theater Nov. 20. Some of her best known songs include "Home," sung by Bonnie Raitt, "Tell Me Why," by Wynonna Judd, and "Isn't It Always Love" by Lynn Anderson.

Linda Rondstadt has recorded several Bonoff songs, including three tracks on her 1976 album "Hasten Down the Wind." Bonoff was featured in the Linda Ronstadt documentary "The Sound of My Voice."

Bonoff has also produced several albums of her own music. Her song "Personally" charted at 19 on the Billboard Hot 100 and 3 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart in 1982. She continues to tour around the world, and in 2019, she released a new album "Carry Me Home."
