LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore City Council will consider approving the FY 2024-25 Action Plan, which identifies all funding sources the city will use to meet the priorities established in its Five-Year Consolidated Plan covering fiscal years 2020-24. The 2024-25 Action Plan includes a Section 108 guaranteed loan of up to $1.2 million to demolish and rebuild the Tri-Valley Haven for Women Emergency Shelter Project.

The Human Services Commission and city staff recommend authorizing submitting the Action Plan to Alameda County HOME Consortium, authorizing the city manager to negotiate all agreements with HUD on the loan, and authorizing the city manager to make minor changes to the Action plan and Section 108 guaranteed loan application.

See the city staff report for more information. See here for the full agenda.
