Livermore Hosts Community Shredding Event

Livermore residents can bring up to three boxes to City Hall Saturday morning.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore residents hoping for a tidy new year can partake in a free shredding event Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot.

Livermore residents can bring up to three boxes of paper documents to securely shred on site. Residents are asked to stay in their car. Residents should be able to provide ID to prove residence.

The following materials are accepted:

• White and colored paper
• File folders
• Window envelopes
• Clips, staples, and rubber bands ok
• Credit cards
• Hard drives/tapes

• Magazines
• CD/DVS’s/Floppy Discs
• Books/Textbooks
• X-ray’s
