Livermore Library Welcomes New Wave-Themed Sculpture

LIVERMORE, CA — Finally, some water in Livermore.

The Livermore Public Library’s Springtown branch has welcomed a new wave-shaped sculpture called “Influx,” which is inspired by the beauty of nature and the dynamics of the ocean. The sculpture was created by Argentine-American artist Cecilia Lueza, who has created public sculptures and murals in Miami, Washington, D.C., Jacksonville, Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, and more. The library also unveiled a new sign, and is working on new drought-resistant landscaping that featuring native California plants.
