Livermore Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Underage Boy: Police
A Livermore man was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a young boy in a San Jose parking lot, according to authorities.
LIVERMORE, CA — A Livermore man was arrested on charges of assaulting an underage boy.
On New Year's Eve, the boy contacted the police to say that he was sexually assaulted by an older man, according to reports. Detectives with the San Jose Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children/Child Exploitation Detail Task Force determined that the suspect met the victim online and arranged a meeting in San Jose.
The suspect drove the boy to an empty parking lot where he was assaulted, according to authorities.

Livermore police executed a search of the suspect's Livermore home, and he was arrested in San Jose Thursday.
