Livermore Man Charged With Having Unlawful Sexual Contact With Minor
Investigators on April 14 received information alleging 65-year-old man engaged in unlawful sexual conduct with a female relative while she was between the ages of 8 and 11, police said.
A 65-year-old Livermore man was charged Tuesday with engaging in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 14, according to the .
Francis Carl Douglas is currently being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. Bail is set at $250,000.
Investigators on April 14 received information alleging Douglas engaged in unlawful sexual conduct with a female relative while she was between the ages of 8 and 11 years old, police said.

At this time, investigators are not aware of any additional victims, according to a police statement.
However, police are advising parents whose children know Douglas to talk to their children about their interactions with him.
