Livermore Restaurant Has Best Fries In Bay Area: Mercury News
Readers implored the paper to include this Livermore spot in a new list of the region's best French fries.
LIVERMORE, CA — After the Bay Area News Group published a list of the 11 best spots for french fries in the East Bay - which included spots in Pleasanton, San Ramon, and Danville - their inbox was reportedly flooded with new suggestions.
One of them was Ben’s Burgers, an unassuming spot on Rincon Avenue serving all varieties of burgers, sandwiches, onion rings, chicken nuggets, milkshakes, and of course, fries.
“Fries are always crisp, hot, soft inside and plentiful! Support your local little shops!” Livermore resident Laura Gong wrote to the paper. Reviews online are similarly ecstatic.

“The fries were next level! Golden brown and meaty! Salted to perfection!” Karl A. wrote on Yelp.
“Burgers, but the a double stuff pastrami sandwich is my favorite! Friendly staff will help you make a sandwich your way! Don't [forget] the fries and milk shake.... yum, well, always yum, but only once in a while!” Ben Has wrote on TripAdvisor.

“Bens Burgers has been a Livermore neighborhood standard for great burgers and sandwichs! My favorite is the pastrami w/extra pastrami. Always satisfying. Try a shake and don't forget the fries. Just a warning: you will leave Full,” Theo N. wrote on TripAdvisor.
